This page (together with the documents referred to on it) outlines the terms and conditions on which we sell any of the products ("Products") listed on our website and, together with our privacy policy, governs the relationship between Asoebi Analysts and you in relation to this website. By using this website, you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this website.
1. YOUR STATUS
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are:
18 years of age or older;
Legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
A U.S. resident, or you have communicated otherwise prior to your order.
2. CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT
Once you place an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Please note that this is merely an acknowledgment of your request to purchase a Product and is subject to acceptance by us. Our acceptance of your order will be in the form of a dispatch email ("Dispatch Confirmation"). The issuance of the Dispatch Confirmation signifies the creation of a contract ("Contract") between you and us.
If you made a mistake on your order or need to update any details, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected], and we may be able to amend the order. After the purchase cut-off date, all sales are final and cannot be amended or returned.
The contract will relate only to those products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We are not obligated to supply any other products that may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such products has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.
By making a request, you undertake that all details you provide to us when ordering goods or services are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to make the purchase, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods and services. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible.
We will only process your order once we have received payment in full.
We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
3. COMMUNICATION
You agree that communication with us will primarily be electronic. We will contact you by email or provide you with information by posting notices on our website. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information, and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
4. DELIVERY
The cost of continental U.S. shipping is included in all Asoebi ("Product") orders. Any international shipping will incur additional charges; please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order. Any international orders placed without prior consent will be refunded.
5. RETURNS POLICY
A full refund will be issued for any order cancellations made prior to the purchase cut-off date ("Purchase Deadline") stated on the personalized portal (also classified under "Website") for the relevant event. Once the Purchase Deadline has passed, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at [email protected] with your reference order number, and we will review the complaint and respond within 21 days.
All return expenses will be covered by you. All orders received in our custom gift box must be returned in the same box. It is advisable to keep your postage receipt and send returns back via tracked delivery, as we are not liable for any products lost in transit. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether the return has been approved. All refunds will be made back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 days for this to appear in your bank account.
6. LIABILITY
If we fail to deliver or if the products we deliver are not what you ordered, are damaged, or of an incorrect quantity, our obligation will be, at our discretion, to:
Make good any shortage, non-delivery, or incorrect delivery; or
Replace or repair any products that are damaged or defective; or
Refund to you the amount paid by you for the products in question.
If you discover that your product is faulty, we reserve the right to request evidence, such as images and/or videos of the defect, before issuing any refund of the price and/or any associated delivery charges.
