By placing an order through The Asoebi Analysts, you agree to the following terms:
All Sales Are Final
All fabric orders are final sale. Due to the custom and time-sensitive nature of Asoebi sourcing, no refunds or exchanges are offered once an order has been placed.
Shipping Fees (Separate from Fabric Cost)
Shipping is not included in the fabric price and will be invoiced separately per person based on delivery location:
• Domestic Nigeria shipping:
$10 flat fee for up to 3 packages
$2 per package after 3 packages
• International shipping:
$67 flat fee per person, bundle, or package, door to door; bundle pricing available for more than one package going to the same address.
Shipping invoices may be sent once the destination is confirmed, and no fabric will be shipped until complete shipping payment is received. Shipping updates will be provided once the fabric is dispatched.
Tailoring & Tailor Coordination
Tailoring services are not included in the fabric price and are billed separately if selected.
Tailor coordination through The Asoebi Analysts is optional and advisory only.
• We provide recommendations and coordination support, not guarantees.
• Guests are not required to use any tailor suggested by us.
• Guests are free to select their own tailor at any point.
In this case, if fabric is sent to a tailor within Nigeria, the $10 domestic shipping fee applies and we will coordinate delivery on your behalf once tailor details are confirmed.
Invoicing & Late Payments
All invoices must be paid by the stated due date.
Invoices that remain unpaid past their due date may incur a late fee, and services including shipping or coordination may be paused until payment is received.
Liability & Responsibility
• The Asoebi Analysts is not responsible for tailoring outcomes, fit, alterations, or workmanship performed by third-party tailors.
• We are not liable for delays caused by tailors, shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Responsibility for fabric transfers once it has been shipped or delivered as instructed.
Order Accuracy
Guests are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information including name, contact details, delivery location, measurements, shipping selection, and tailor details is accurate at the time of submission. Changes after ordering may result in delays or additional fees.
