Ambassador Terms & Agreement
Welcome to The Asoebi Analysts Ambassador Collective! We created the Collective as a small, invite-only community of people whose personal style and content we love.
As an Ambassador, you may receive opportunities to experience complimentary fabrics, special products, tailoring services, gifts, events, and other things we’re testing at The Asoebi Analysts. In exchange, some opportunities may include agreed-upon content or feedback.
We want this to be fun, flexible, and mutually beneficial, so here’s how it works.
1. Ambassador Membership
Membership in The Asoebi Analysts Ambassador Collective is complimentary and by invitation only.
Being an Ambassador does not guarantee a specific number or frequency of complimentary fabrics, products, services, gifts, or other opportunities.
Opportunities may vary based on available inventory, fabric location, sizing, campaign needs, upcoming projects, and other factors determined by The Asoebi Analysts.
You are always welcome to decline an Ambassador opportunity. Saying no to a drop will not negatively affect your membership.
2. Ambassador Drops
From time to time, The Asoebi Analysts may offer Ambassadors complimentary fabric, accessories, products, services, gifts, or other items. We refer to these opportunities as Ambassador Drops.
Before you accept a Drop, we will let you know:
• What you will receive
• What, if anything, you are responsible for paying
• Any content or feedback requested in exchange
• The expected timeline
• Any other requirements specific to that Drop
Once you accept a Drop, we ask that you follow through with the requirements you agreed to.
Ambassador Drops are intended for the Ambassador who receives them and may not be resold.
3. Tailoring & Tailor Concierge
Certain Ambassador opportunities may include complimentary access to The Asoebi Analysts Tailor Concierge and tailoring coordination services.
When included, this means our coordination/service fee is waived. This may include helping coordinate your look with one of our tailoring partners, communicating details, assisting with measurements or design information, and helping manage the process.
The actual cost of having your garment made & shipped is not automatically complimentary.
If tailoring itself is being gifted as part of a particular Ambassador Drop, we will specifically tell you before you accept the opportunity.
Ambassadors may also choose to use their own tailor when permitted for a particular Drop.
4. Content
There is no monthly posting requirement simply for being part of the Ambassador Collective.
Content requirements apply when you choose to accept an Ambassador Drop that includes content in exchange.
Before accepting, you will know what content is expected. Depending on the opportunity, this could include photos, a Reel, TikTok, Story, carousel, testimonial, feedback, or another agreed deliverable.
We want your content to still feel like you, so unless a particular campaign requires otherwise, we encourage you to create and style your content naturally.
When applicable, please tag or mention The Asoebi Analysts so we can see and celebrate your look.
If a deadline is included with your Drop, we ask that content be completed within that timeframe unless another arrangement has been made with us.
5. Content Usage
By participating in an Ambassador Drop and submitting or posting the associated content, you give The Asoebi Analysts permission to repost, share, and feature that content on our owned marketing channels, including our social media accounts, website, client materials, emails, and other promotional materials.
You will continue to own your original content.
If we would like to use your image or content for something outside of normal The Asoebi Analysts promotional use, such as a paid advertising campaign, we may contact you separately when appropriate.
6. Complimentary Items & Expenses
Unless specifically stated otherwise, Ambassadors are responsible for any expenses not expressly included in an Ambassador Drop.
This may include tailoring costs, alterations, personal accessories, expedited services, international or special shipping, or other costs associated with completing your look.
We will always communicate what The Asoebi Analysts is covering before you accept a Drop so you can decide whether you would like to participate.
7. Availability & Fabric Variations
Many Ambassador fabrics may come from limited quantities, samples, excess event inventory, or special sourcing opportunities.
Because of this, quantities are limited and availability is not guaranteed.
Fabric color, texture, embellishment, pattern placement, or other characteristics may also vary slightly from photos depending on lighting, production, dye lots, and the nature of the material.
8. Participation
We want the Collective to remain easy and enjoyable for everyone.
If an Ambassador repeatedly accepts complimentary items or services but does not complete the content or other requirements they agreed to, The Asoebi Analysts may pause or end their participation in the program.
Ambassadors may also leave the Collective at any time by contacting us.
The Asoebi Analysts may modify, pause, or discontinue the Ambassador Collective or its benefits at any time.
9. Our Relationship
Participation in The Asoebi Analysts Ambassador Collective does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between an Ambassador and The Asoebi Analysts.
Ambassadors participate independently and are not employees or representatives authorized to make commitments on behalf of The Asoebi Analysts.
10. Keeping It Transparent
If you receive complimentary fabric, products, tailoring, services, or other benefits in exchange for content, please clearly disclose your relationship with The Asoebi Analysts when posting, as required by applicable advertising and social media disclosure rules.
We may provide suggested disclosure language for specific Ambassador Drops.
